About PowerPlex
PowerPlex® is the annual gathering of the Plex community. While travel may still feel uncertain over the next several months, our ability to assemble industry gurus, PLEXperts, and inspirational business leaders doesn’t have to be. That’s why we’ve proactively decided to move this year’s conference to an all-virtual format, removing time and location boundaries. And, based on our learnings from our 2020 virtual conference, virtual doesn’t mean smaller or less powerful. In fact, we’ve found that the impact and reach to our prospects, current customers, and industry knowledge seekers can actually be greater and more focused in a virtual gathering.

Sponsorship Inclusion Descriptions
Think of this as your virtual tradeshow booth. This customizable, interactive webpage hosted inside the PowerPlex platform will enable you to link to breakout sessions, have interactive chats, communicate live with attendees, and schedule and host meetings. Use it to upload white papers, demos, videos or other resources to reach and engage with a targeted group of customers and prospects.
This fun, interactive cocktail hour will be an elite sponsored session on the PowerPlex agenda. It will feature a 15-second sponsor “commercial,” downloadable, branded, cocktail/mocktail recipe cards, and either a sponsor interview or panel discussion. Additional fun add-ons such as follow-up gifts are also available (carry-on cocktail kits, wine subscriptions, whiskey rocks, etc. ) to make this a memorable start to PowerPlex.
These 30-minute sessions will deliver content aligned with the finalized tracks for PowerPlex. Track focuses range from; trending topics in manufacturing and supply chain to Plex product areas, best practices, and how-to’s led by you! After the breakouts, you’ll receive chat transcripts and contact information for all session attendees so you can continue conversations and engagement.
These pre-recorded 5 to 7-minute videos will be featured as highlights on the Mainstage. These videos are your opportunity to get creative and highlight your unique benefits and share success stories.
The first 1,000 registrants will receive a package of branded items including instructions for an engaging scavenger hunt with high valued prizes. You will have the opportunity to add items to the kit and co-brand the box depending on investment level.

To foster conversation, seats per session will be limited, but if a roundtable fills up, we will open additional sessions to accommodate anyone who is interested. During lunch we will host a live cooking show with a local “celeb” chef from Detroit. In addition to a 15-second commercial to kick off the event, the Chef will wear sponsor branded apparel and thank the sponsor. You’ll receive contact info for all who registered, your company will be named as a sponsor on the agenda and menu card for the meal, and your company name will be featured in promotional materials and social media posts. If social distancing guidelines in place at the time of PowerPlex allow, you can even have a delegate from your company join the chef and get in on the cooking. Add on a pre- or post-event co-branded gift such as a Grubhub, Ubereats or Hellofresh virtual gift card or branded apron and cooking utensil kit to aid engagement or keep the conversation going.
Day Break Option: Stress Relief | $3,500
During the afternoon of PowerPlex, host a stress relief activity such as yoga or meditation. In addition to a 15-second commercial to kick off the event, the instructor will wear sponsor-branded apparel and thank the sponsor. You’ll receive contact info for all who registered, your company will be named as a sponsor on the agenda and instruction card for the session, and your company name will be featured in promotional materials and social media posts. Add on a pre- or post-event co-branded gift such as a recording of full-length workout, a fitness-specific item, or branded towel or water bottle.

Sponsorship Agreement
• Sponsor must sign the PowerPlex Sponsorship Agreement in order to be confirmed.
• Plex will reserve and hold the sponsorship for 10 days after sending the agreement. If the contract is not signed after 10 days, the sponsorship may be released back into inventory for purchase.
Payment
Sponsors will be invoiced for the Total Sponsorship Amount upon acceptance of the Sponsorship Agreement.
• Full payment is net thirty (30) from invoice date.
• Sponsorship is not confirmed until payment is received in full.
• Plex reserves the right to cancel sponsorship if payment is not received in full thirty (30) days prior to the event and cannot guarantee sponsorship deliverables until payment is received in full.
