6PCN (Plex Customer Number) is assigned for each Authorized Partner Location. “Authorized Partner Location” means each location or facility in which Partner operates the entity, business or division identified in the Partner Order Form as an ‘Authorized Location’ for Users to access and/or use the Plex Subscription Services.
7Annual re-accreditation required per individual. Notifications will be sent to the accredited individual 90 days prior to accreditation expiration.
8Premier Partners receive first right of refusal for Plex virtual and in-person marketing events.

Plex reserves the right to change the terms of the Plex Partner Program Guide at any time in its sole discretion. Plex will provide Partners with thirty (30) days’ advance written notice of any material change(s) to the Plex Partner Program Guide before any such change(s) takes effect. If a partner objects to such material change(s), the Partner may, upon written notice, terminate its partner relationship with Plex. If Partner fails to provide written of termination within thirty (30) days from the effective date of any material change(s), Partner shall be deemed to have accepted any such material change(s).
